For Orbita watch winders, the Fed-Ex tracking number is emailed when shipped from the Orbita North Carolina factory. The UPS tracking number is emailed when the item is shipped if not from Orbita. Large Orbita watch winders (only) are shipped up to 4 business days after ordering to allow burn-in testing to assure a perfectly working watch winder.

Return policy - Please EMAIL WatchWinderZone.com IN ADVANCE for instructions. Depending on your model, we will dispatch UPS to pick up your watch winder for return to Orbita or WatchWinderZone.com. Any item may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges unless the item(s) were defective or damaged in-transit, in which case the shipping charge will be refunded. For items damaged in-transit a new item will be shipped free upon our receipt. Items must be in original inner carton packaging for a full refund. Pack carefully please. Prompt handling of your return is assured.
